Comedy Returns to Orcas Center with Casey Skinner’s You Can’t Hide

Orcas Center’s summer of comedy continues with comedian Casey Skinner’s hilarious storytelling show, You Can’t Hide , on Friday, July 24, and Saturday, July 25, at 7pm. The show follows Skinner’s true story of accidentally staying at the infamous Cecil Hotel—known as “the most dangerous hotel in America”—and the wild events that brought him back for one final night with a murderer on the loose. Equal parts stand-up and storytelling, You Can’t Hide explores shame, vulnerability, and the chaos that unfolds when life gets too big to hide. Skinner is an LA-based comedian who has performed at The Comedy Store and The Improv, appeared on Bravo, E!, Netflix, and the Netflix Is A Joke Festival, and produced television for Netflix, Discovery, and Max. Workshop: Finding the Funny in Your Life On Saturday, July 25, from 2–4pm, Skinner will lead a storytelling workshop at Orcas Center’s Madrona Room. Participants will learn how to turn personal experiences, embarrassing moments, and unexpected stories into comedic material. Tuition is offered on a sliding scale from $75–$175.
