That voice earned her a 2025 Canadian Folk Music Award nomination for “Contemporary Singer of the Year”. dHb has been likened to a “rockier” version of Canada’s Great Big Sea, if fronted by Adele. The group took home the 2024 East Coast Music Award for “Fans’ Choice Entertainer of the Year”, and is also nominated for a 2025 Canadian Folk Music Award nomination for “New/Emerging Artist of the Year”.
